I don't understand

What is it with people around here with $200 cars with $4,000 stereo systems in them? I don't understand. There was a guy with a 1980some old pontiac with an alarm system on it and the club. Yes, I understand that your car is very valuable to you, sir...but do you understand that you could buy a BETTER hooptie with the insurance money that you get when someone steals the one you have now?

I'll never understand people.
